How does it do it?

It detects the visitor’s browser and version, and it warns him that he should update to the latest one, if the browser version does not meet the minimum requirement set by the site administrator.

Installation

1. Upload ap-neonternetics.zip archive to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and unzip it. It will create a directory ap-neonternetics
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Go to the Neonternetics options page and customize the behavior
4. You are set to promote the usage of the latest technologies in the World Wide Web
